Q. Will you dispatch outside of the United Kingdom?
A. Yes. We despatch items abroad. See the shipping times above for your location.

Q. What happens if my item doesn't arrive? 
A. In very rare occasions Royal Mail loses items. For an item to be established as lost we must
wait 7 days (UK) and 14 days (International) from the despatch date.

Q. What happens if my item is faulty? 
A. Please contact us immediately as we may be able to resolve the problem for you.
We offer exchanges or refunds if faults are reported within 6 months of despatch.

Q. Do you offer collections?
A. We do not allow collections. We only work as mail order.
